Gather around my dining room table for a relaxed, small-group workshop designed specifically for true beginners or those looking to expand their basic sewing skills. You will learn how to piece fabrics together, create a quilted texture, and add an interior lining.

Foundational Quilting Basics You’ll Learn:

• Basic Piecing: How to stitch fabric strips together with a consistent seam allowance to create a custom, multi-colored exterior panel.

• The “Quilt Sandwich”: How to correctly layer your new pieced exterior, cotton batting, and a interior lining fabric.

• Machine Quilting: How to use the machine to stitch clean, straight quilting lines that lock the layers together and create a beautiful texture.

• Zippers & Linings Made Easy: How to secure a nylon coil zipper for a professional finish inside and out (no raw fabric edges left exposed).

The $60 all-inclusive registration completely covers:

• 2.5 hours of cozy, small-group tutoring around the dining table (a 1-on-5 maximum instructor ratio guarantees you won’t get left behind).
