Order Policies

​If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase please review our order policy on rescheduling, refunds, and returns.  The following terms are applicable for any goods or services that you purchased from Falls Farmhouse, LLC.

Your Order Rescheduling and Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to reschedule Your Order Start Date, without any cancelation fees, up until 7 days prior to your scheduled Start Date without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is prior to any payment received by Us confirming your Order.   Once Your Order is confirmed, any cancelation of Your Order will be subject to a $75 cancelation fee.  

No refunds will be issued for Orders where the Start Date has begun.

​In order to exercise Your right of reschedule or cancellation, You must inform Falls Farmhouse, LLC of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by visiting this page on our website: fallsfarmhouse.com/contact

Falls Farmhouse, LLC will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which the cancelation request is recieved. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Hatching: We do not guarantee that every egg will hatch.  Hatching rates are typically between 50 and 75%.  It is also typical for a chick or two to die within the first few days after hatching.  We will not refund nor replace eggs that didn’t hatch or chicks that die.  We will not reimburse nor otherwise authorize any veterinary costs incurred by You during the hatching process or keeping of chicks.  

Hatching Kit Rental:  Your Hatching Kit Rental includes all equipment necessary to hatch and keep chicks for up to 7 days from the date the first chick is hatched.  You are responsible for, at your own expense, any additional equipment including feed that you may require during the hatching and 7 day keeping process. 

Chick Rental and Chick Rental Kit:  Your Chick Rental Kit includes all equipment necessary to keep chicks for up to 7 days from the Start Date.  You are responsible for, at your own expense, any additional equipment including feed that you may require during the 7 day rental.  We do not guarantee that every chick will live through the 7 day rental.  We will not refund nor replace chicks that die.  We will not reimburse nor otherwise authorize any veterinary costs incurred by You during the rental period.   You agree to contact us immediately should any chick die.  

Your Order Return Requirements

You are required to return the rental kit by the provided Return Date as specified in Your Order.  Late returns will be subject to a late fee of $100 per week (not prorated).  You agree You will return the rental kit, including live chicks if purchasing the Chick Rental Kit, in the same good condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear accepted, and to repair and replace lost or stolen, damaged or broken Goods or to reimburse Us for said Goods.  You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us to the same location as pick (or alternative location as agreed between the parties).  

Keeping Chicks:  If You wish to keep Your chicks from the hatching kit rental, You need to purchase all necessary equipment to sufficiently house, feed and keep Your chicks and are responsible for any additional cost that may be incurred including veterinary costs.  You are solely responsible for assuring that Your yard meet any local / county / community regulations regarding the keeping of chickens or quail on Your property.
